We are looking for an extraordinary CRO, someone with a track record selling SaaS in the construction sector.

Responsible for the performance, strategy and alignment of all departments across BI that relate to revenue generation.

Identifying and delivering new revenue opportunities in our markets; growing revenue from the existing client base through cross-selling and upselling; maturing our indirect channel strategies; creating a sustainable strategy for future growth and delivering accurate revenue projections.

As a member of the CxO, collaborate with the CxO team and Board members to collectively:

  • Put employees, customer experience, safety and the environment first
  • Understand and help deliver the BI threeyear 2026 strategy
  • Develop annual OKRs that realise BI 2026 strategy/vision
  • Undertake and lead transformational change projects within BI
  • Contribute to business planning and leadership
  • Contribute to the BI sustainability agenda
  • Actively promote our values and behaviours
  • Advocate and strengthen our culture and brand identity
  • Working closely with the executive team (CxO) and board of directors to develop growth strategies for pioneering new markets and competitive opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the Heads of Sales and Key Accounts and their teams
  • Build a robust and accurate revenue pipeline and forecasting process.
  • Implement a technology strategy within our sales operations that delivers accurate data that can be used for future decision making
  • Support the sustainable growth of the business by increasing revenue year on year through growing market share in our existing markets ensuring clear strategies for crossselling and upselling.
  • Build a cohesive revenue strategy that encompasses marketing; sales; product/service and customer success teams to build a 'one version of the truth'.
  • Create a 'lean start up' mentality of constant experimentation and learning.
  • Introduce a solution/enterprise selling mentality and approach, and act as coach to the sales teams.
  • Build business relationships with key Clevel executives within our largest clients.
  • Develop market entry strategies for new markets
  • Integration of the sales functions within acquired companies and alignment to the BI functional model.

Experience:


  • Experience of revenue ownership with a successful track record of success and demonstrable business expansion and growth.
  • Proven successful sales team building and management experience.
  • A deep knowledge of crosschannel marketing and the latest trends in digital advertising.
  • Thorough understanding of a wide range of technology.
  • Strong ability with data analytics.
  • Understanding of how to establish and maintain excellent relationships with Clevel executives of key target clients and channel partners.
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to lead change and take others with you.
  • Ability to facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting processes, content and opinions.
  • Able to demonstrate a high degree of passion and energy whilst maintaining a positive outlook.

Salary:
From £100,000.00 per year
