- Key to this role is the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maximise direct recruitment activity to sourcing candidates via CV searching and to manage candidate process in our ATS.
- Focusing on reducing time to offer/hire. and driving direct hiring speed of response is vital to the success of this role.
- Use of a range of direct sourcing channels, including social media, candidate referrals, CV data mining, and advertising in the UK and Internationally to attract applicants.
- Updating and Maintaining ATS, job boards and Vacancy Poster ensuring they are used appropriately and effectively for all permanent & casual recruitment activity to drive high accuracy of reporting
- Visiting Schools, Colleges and Universities to attend recruitment fairs
- Assisting in the recruitment for our Chefs' Academy, Graduate Programme and F&B Academy.
