    Things that you will do

    • Manage end-to-end digital campaigns focused on existing customers through paid channels
    • e.g. Google, LinkedIn ads, retargeting etc.
    • Analyse marketing metrics and funnel performance to provide recommendations on growth strategy and spending.
    • Plan, build and measure performance ongoing, aligned to the objectives of the revenue operation.
    • Work closely with colleagues across the Customer Growth Team (CGT) to leverage industry experience and customer knowledge to develop a high impact strategy that delivers a material increase in NRR.
    • Working with CGT team to identify and create case study material – Added
    • Work closely with internal and stakeholders across the commercial functions and the Exec. Monitor tech industry trends and competitive landscape to identify partnership, channel and messaging opportunities.

    What you will be responsible for

    • Accountable for ensuring that CGT deliver a minimum licence renewal (ARR) number of from the existing customer-base.
    • Driving logo churn to <10% through a range of planned and executed customer marketing strategies.
    • Ownership of the overall customer marketing capability, where the focus is on growth within the existing customer-base. An ABM approach to executing against this is critical. Play a key role in supporting the migration plan of existing customers from our existing customer platform to our new platform.
    • Driving sustained growth in identified customer accounts via best-in-class marketing techniques.
    • Tightly manage marketing expenditure in-line with the total marketing budget.

    What you are good at

    • Delivering sustained high performance as a fully autonomous customer growth marketing specialist for B2B SaaS or related tech verticals with demonstrable ROI outcomes.
    • ABM expertise, evidenced through real campaign examples.
    • Excellent understanding of HubSpot and Salesforce. Working knowledge of Planhat (or similar) is preferred.
    • Good understanding of how product, brand, and customer marketing interlock. Innovative perspective on creative ways to accelerate business growth.
    • Strong analytical orientation and CRM skills.
    • Strategic thinker balancing creative aptitude and interpersonal communications. Applying initiative and creative thinking to your role tasks
