The key purpose of thisoffice-based role located in Bloomsbury central London is to provide helpdesk support and first point of contact for any Infrastructure, Development and Resource department related queries from members of Birkbeck community.

With strong administrative skills and customer focus, you will provide a friendly and proactive service to customers and conduct an efficient handling of each query and advise customers of the consequent solution.

You will also take lead in our communications strategy with other departments and schools via our ASK-system.

Remuneration:

Grade 4 of the College's London Pay Scale which is £28,728 rising to £32,096 per annum

The salary quoted is on the College's London Pay Scale which includes a consolidated Weighting/Allowance which applies only to staff whose normal contractual place of work is in the London area.
