Head of onboarding:
Canopy is a disruptive advertising technology start up specialising in mobile digital billboard advertising.

Canopy offers modern, innovative and highly visible advertising solutions to businesses of all sizes with the goal of democratising advertising.

We aim to enhance the way brands interact with their audiences to maximise brand awareness and visibility through the use of our proprietary technology.

We aim to revolutionise advertising to provide the most impactful, memorable and efficient way to convey messaging to the public.

Established in 2023, we have built the foundations of the business and are now looking to bring on a commercial team to drive partnerships with advertisers and grow the business as we are ready to go to market.

Since we provide affordable, highly valuable advertising space will not grow, it hasn't been difficult and we have ambitious targets for the next year.

We are currently trialling our business model in the east before we move to the majority later in the year and looking for the right team to build with.


Currently the executive team is working on an equity based compensation package as well as commission basis as the company is going through an investment round.

Once we go to market and generate revenue all executive team members will then be on the same base salary which then changes quarterly in accordance with goals and targets met as well as independent bonuses and incentives for individual members who perform exceptionally.

We believe this is the best way to structure compensation at the current level the company is at as this structure offers the most financial incentives for team members.


Job Overview:

Skills:


  • Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding, preferably in a related field.
  • Ability to manage a team and meet targets.
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using onboarding and CRM software.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and advertising installation processes is a plus.
  • Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

  • Recruitment: Identify, contact, and recruit partners who are interested in participating in our advertising service.
  • Screening and Selection: Conduct background checks, verify credentials, and ensure partners meet our standards and requirements.
  • Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new partners, including documentation, training, and coordination of screen installations.
  • Training: Provide thorough training on the installation, maintenance, and operation of the advertising screens, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong, positive relationships with partners, addressing any concerns and ensuring a high level of partner satisfaction.
  • Logistics Coordination: Schedule and coordinate screen installations, maintenance, and any necessary repairs with partners and the technical team.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of onboarded screens, ensuring that advertising screens are operating effectively and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all partners comply with local regulations and company policies regarding advertising displays.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on onboarding progress, screen performance, and any issues or trends that arise.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from drivers to continuously improve the onboarding process and overall partner experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the onboarding process or while the screens are in operation.

Pay:
£500.00-£2,000.00 per week
