Job Summary

Purpose:

Full time and Part time positions available Day duty and Night duty includes weekends.
Caring duties as assigned by senior staff/nurse and to work under the direct supervision of management.

Patient-Focused Responsibilities

Assisting with bathing and personal hygiene of residents
Assisting in preparing residents for daily activities
Assisting with bed making and personal comfort of residents
Assisting with meal times
Introducing residents to the geography of the care home
Assisting residents with toilet needs
Assisting in admission/discharge/transfer of residents
Adhere to Home Policy in relation to residents personal clothing and valuables
To deliver a high standard of holistic care to residents
Maintaining fluid balance charts and other relevant care charts accurately and appropriately
Weighing/recording weight of residents
Assisting residents to bed and supervision of residents ensuring a safe environment at all times
Reporting to senior carers on condition of residents
Assisting resident's to hospital appointments.
Overtime Rates
Free NVQ Training Level 2 and 3 available for all age groups of staff.
