    The Role of a Equipment Hire Sales Assistant
    As a Equipment Hire Sales Assistant, you will develop strong customer relationships in multiple store's offering hire solutions with an array of top-tier products and equipment across all building service sectors.     Locations you will cover: Slough, Camberley, Cricklewood

    What do you need to succeed as a Equipment Hire Sales Assistant?

    • Committed to delivering exceptional communication, customer service and eager to assist.
    • Proficient in meeting and exceeding performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Proactive and positive outlook and solution driven.
    • Enthusiastic about continuous learning and expanding product expertise.
    • Hold a valid driver's license.

    What does the Equipment Hire Sales Assistant involve?

    • Covering multiple locations, you will drive the strategy at a regional level, ensuring revenue growth, profitability and customer loyalty
    • Running the HSS dedicated area within our partnering Builder's Merchant, supporting customers with their hire needs and upselling/cross-selling where you can
    • Building and maintaining the relationships with the customers to ensure we keep their repeat business.
    • Supporting key sales initiatives and strategy to hit branch KPIs and ensure we're being innovative and forward-thinking in our approach.
    • Driving to HSS Locations using our Company Vehicle and Fuel Card.

    Similar Working Pattern

    Monday to Friday 7:30am until 17:30pm and Saturday 8:00am until 12:00pm
    (with an accumulative extra day off during the week for every 2 Saturday shifts worked).
