Procurement Manager. Business Process Outsourcing - Banking | London & Remote

75,000 - £85,000k plus bonus

We are delighted to represent one of the UK's leading banks in identifying an experienced procurement manager with a focus on Business Process Outsourcing.

This role sits in a business unit for the banks central services.

You will be working cross functionally to generate a full and accurate category demand, providing analysis on movements, and recommending how to enhance the banks cost position.

Acting as a final decision maker on supplier choice and accepting the responsibility for ensuring the supply chain and contract are capable of addressing business need.

• Ensuring a detailed tracking and monitoring regime is in place to allow effective management oversight of the challenge and linkage to the P&L
• Providing full transparency of all challenges, risks, and opportunities within relevant categories.

Strong experience in delivering BPO procurement programs, communication and negotiating skills in a financial services organisation

• Experience of working in a large transformational procurement function and leading the sourcing strategy for multimillion pound tenders
