We all have our favourites and a company who really invests in their people, are commercially minded and going from strength to strength really does make my job a little bit easier.

I am currently working in partnership with a Rugby based branch of a huge East Midlands brand.

This site of c50 employees are looking for a People Partner to support them in an operational capacity day to day.

You will be responsible for all employee relations, recruitment, engagement, succession planning, and general HR support including any juicy projects.
