    Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

    Hours of Work: Monday – Saturday 9:30 - 18:30, Sunday 12:00 - 18:00

    Broad Purpose of Job

    Drake's is looking for a result-driven retail Sales Supervisor to be responsible for all sales job duties and overseeing projects and day-to-day sales related activities.

    From serving customers in store to the highest standards, to generating leads and closing sales, and being the point-of-contact for staff regarding inquiries and expertise.

    We are looking for an individual who can achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store's sales goals. The ideal candidate for this role will be action oriented, driven for results, interpersonal savvy, and customer focused.

    Specific Duties and Responsibilities

    • Ensure the flagship store is organised and ran in line with the company expectations of standard luxury market norms.
    • Support the Deputy Managers with opening and closing the store – including opening and closing the till, counting till floats and petty cash, and the preparation of cash to be banked when needed.
    • Ensure that the team follow the opening and closing procedures every shift.
    • Support the Deputy Managers with ensuring that the store is tidy and the visual merchandising in in line with retail standards and that current visual merchandising arrangements are maintained.
    • Ensure that the sales team maintain a high level of care for the stock on the shop floor as well as in our back of house.
    • To assist the Operations team with stock management – to participate in cycle counts and stock takes and to support the Operations Supervisor with team members to support Operational tasks.
    • Ensure the Drake's retail stores are always presented to the highest level, all stock is displayed in line with company presentation guidelines and arranged according to seasonal needs.
    • Ensure the team keep on top of alterations – and contacting the customers when their goods are returned from the tailor.
    • In the absence of the Deputy Managers to organise a concise opening and closing team huddle – including daily and weekly targets and where we are in relation to them, praising the best team players, and communicating any other company information or initiatives as directed by the Deputy Store Managers.
    • To lead the sales team by example, to lead in exemplary customer service and sales and to be always an ambassador for the brand.
    • To be solutions oriented – and to keep the Deputy Managers informed of any issues and/or successes and innovations from the team.
    • Identify and propose ideas to develop the business in line with the luxury retail market.
    • Assist the Deputy Managers with ideas for regular staff training and to lead the training where applicable.
    • To assist the Deputy Manager in measuring the success of the CRM initiatives made by the Sales team.
    • Management of client complaint/issues through to resolve ensuring follow up in timely manner.
    • Any other reasonable task as and when required.

    Experience Required

    • The candidate for this role must have multiple years of experience in selling tailoring at a high level.
    • Experience in made-to-measure is a bonus.
    • Experience with CRM activities is an added bonus.
    • Previous experience overseeing and managing store figures, targets, and relevant KPIs.
