Support the Head of Finance in the delivery of the day-to-day finance

Reporting into senior stakeholders
Operationally focused role

We are working with an industry leader located in Burton looking for an Interim Senior Finance Business Partner to support the Head of Finance in the delivery of the day-to-day finance function, to enable the Head of Finance to focus on the implementation of a new finance system.

This is a - 9 month contract.

You will be responsible for:

Owning the business partner function
Prepare annual budgets & forecasts
Oversee the production of monthly management accounts
Prepare reports for Boards and Committees
Support the Resources Director in the development of the Business Plan, including production of the Management Cost Model
Review existing business processes across the finance team in readiness for the new finance system

This is a great opportunity to work closely with senior management while improving current processes.

CCAB Qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
Housing / 3rd sector experience
A track record of leading, managing and motivating professional teams.
Proven ability of producing Management Accounts in a timely manner which provide value added information to the organisation.
Proven ability of benchmarking, efficiency, measuring, developing KPIs and process improvement.
Have good IT skills and sufficient knowledge of Excel

On offer is up to £60,000 per annum with a nice hybrid working structure.
