As our Support team continues to grow due to demand, we now have a newly created position, working as a Desktop support coordinator, to provide a high-level of administration support to the Internal SCC IT Desktop Support function.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with all asset management duties that assign (training will be provided)
- Undertaking of all general administration across the team
- Queue management of the ServiceNOW system (training will be provided)
- Allocation of mobile phone/sim cards to users
- Creation and completion of general reporting
- Updating internal customers, along with communication to external suppliers
Key Skills & Experience
The role will require a competent, customer facing individual who can work on their own or equally as a team delivering high standards of support and administration.
You will be:
- Confident and personable in nature
- Possess the ability to communicate at all levels
- Have a strong customer focus and be output focused
- Experienced in an administration / coordination role
