Guest Services Coordinator behind us and we currently have a vacancy to join us
Working in our luxurious offices you'll be the first face that many will see as they enter our prestigious site and you'll be a role model when it comes to what 5-star guest experience looks like.
As the link between many different teams and departments you'll be able to multitask and cope under pressure whilst keeping your focus on ensuring that our guests remain at the centre of what you deliver.
A few things about you
We want you to bring your experience of working in a customer facing role, your excellent communication skills, and you IT knowhow with you when you join us.
Don't forget to bring your keen eye for detail, wonderful organisational skills and your confident and flexible approach too
As Sodexo embeds a strong Safety culture in everything we do, there'll be procedures, site specific guidelines / requirements and regulations to follow such so it is vital that you champion these.
