    Little Flyers have a unique and diverse outlook for children and staff in Early Years.

    Our current Senior management team and leaders consist of three family directors, where one works as the business manager, operations manager, lead setting managers, development support manager, learning and development manager , room leaders and Little Flyers mentors

    The successful candidate will expect to have

    • Have knowledge of the Curriculum for Excellence, Realising the ambition and pre-birth to three
    • Plan and deliver child led activities
    • Passionate about providing outstanding learning and play experiences for our children in an outdoor environment
    • Promoting and sharing the love of the outdoors, and how this benefits children and the wider staff team.
    • To work in partnership with parents and careers.
    • Have a desire to work with an organisation that respects individuality and creativity.
    • Want to work for a leading childcare organisation with an independent feel, and collaborate with all Little Flyers settings.
    • Undertake a shared responsibility for health, safety and cleanliness throughout the nursery.
    • Be flexible and reliable in their working hours/pattern
    • Be passionate about early learning and childcare
    • Want to inspire and ignite curiosity in children
    • Work well on your own and as part of a team
    • Be keen to develop their professional knowledge and learning through CPD courses and in-house training.
    • The position is subject to updated PVG membership
