The Best Connection Employment group are recruiting for experienced Administrators to join one of our prestigious clients at their new site in Biggleswade.

This is a responsible and varied role and a great opportunity to join the team at this well respected international company.

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 08.00hrs -16.00hrs, Pay
:£12 per hour.

Responsibilities of the Workshop Administrator:

Filing, retrieving, maintaining workshop documentation and workshop/inter

- departmental records.

Monitoring and checking of time sheets, expense sheets and welding reports for completion.
Ensure all documentation for engineers is actioned and collated as required.
Works as a key member of the team to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the department and working collaboratively.
Competent daily use of all IT office software packages such as Microsoft office and company CRM systems to maintain accurate records.
Organise hotels and travel arrangements as required.

Requirements of the Workshop Administrator:

Full, clean driving license with the ability to travel UK and Ireland to support business needs
Able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role and/or industry.
Computer literate, strong competencies with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
Smart and well presented.
Ability to work on own initiative, strong attention to detail with ability to prioritise conflicting tasks.
Team player with a flexible cando attitude to work.
