Recruitment Consultant - based Reading - Salary - £25,000 - £35,000 - dependent upon experience

Orka Recruitment recruits at all levels of a finance and HR team on an interim and permanent basis and predominantly focuses on the Thames Valley,Hampshire and Surrey locations.

We are currently looking to recruit a Permanent Consultant - Finance to manage a desk covering the market across the Thames Valley from Maidenhead - outskirts of London

Key Responsibilities

Interviewing Finance/ Accounting professionals who are looking for work, who have the best mix of skills that match clients hiring needs.
Calling and meeting companies to find out about their recruitment requirements.
Providing customer service for existing clients to ensure their expectations are being met.
Strategising with teammates to accomplish business growth goals.

Your Profile

Recruitment experience is preferred, or you may currently be working in a sales position/estate agency looking for a career that can offer huge financial success and no weekend working.
Strong communication and multitasking skills, comfortable when communicating with Finance/Accounting professionals in person and on the phone.
Selfconfident, enthusiastic, motivated person with a strong workethic and would thrive in a competitive teamdriven environment.
