Job summary:


The Global Head of Mobile, Remote Access & Print role will be responsible for developing overall strategy, executing against and owning end-to-end all of Citi's technology products and components that store employee content, enable content sharing and collaboration, provide enterprise content management and automation, and service legal/regulatory archival, search, discovery and analytics requirements.

Key strategic objectives include adoption of Cloud SaaS solutions (e.g. O365 OneDrive, SharePoint Online), automation to enhance regulatory and Data Privacy compliance and the transformation of component, business infrastructures into horizontal enterprise utility services.


Responsibilities:


The role includes the full spectrum from Product Strategy, Architecture, Engineering & Certification, and Automation in addition to operational support of all services & product components.

Service offerings and role remit includes engineering, operation, and transformation of:
Remote Access Services for Citi employees globally

Mobile productivity Applications, Corporate devices and business aligned Applications

Global Print & Fax services including

User Data Governance programs driving automation of regulatory, records management and compliance procedures throughout user content storage.

Deploys enterprise-wide strategic initiatives such as migration of technology solutions to the Cloud (O365 as an example).

Lead transformation of complex, multi-year efforts (collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups) to deliver and new capabilities for Citi employees.


Develop and maintain relationships across the key technology leads in Global Functions, ICG, GCB and CTI organizations, as well as other stakeholders to drive overall collaboration strategy.

Business Management oversight, strategically planning and managing headcount, productivity and investment across all solutions & services.

Drive Productivity savings across all areas, improving end-user experience whilst consolidating technology products where possible.

Work closely with stakeholder groups to ensure resource and support delivery against strategic objectives.

Manage team of managers, providing coaching, guidance and mentoring to foster and develop talent across the organization.


Strategic planning across team to identify priorities, work slate activities, target delivery and providing necessary resources/support to ensure delivery on-time.

Resolution of critical program barriers and management of external and internal escalations

Monitoring regional resource capacity, engagement, and prioritization towards the delivery of committed programs

Key partnerships should be fostered with the key Technology heads in ICG and GCB, the CISO and CTI Enterprise organizations, as well as other high-profile stakeholders, to establish quality reviews and service improvement awareness Drives end user experience focusing on service quality, responsiveness and resilience, providing solutions which enable and empower the Citi workforce


Qualifications:


  • Several years of managing Complex infrastructure and Application services in a global financial institution.
  • Experience of managing most aspects of infrastructure systems lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, architecting, building, operating and managing services.
  • Strong Controls orientation, excellent Financial track record, good business acumen.
  • Demonstrated strong project management, process improvement and leadership experience required.
