The role.
The role of Learning Content Designer within our growing L&D function is hugely important to us.

This role will help us deliver our learning strategy which aims to help us build a culture of continuous learning at Radius.


We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing others, with proven experience of content creation, curation, and design.

We are looking for a professional Learning Content Designer to design and develop learning solutions and practical experiences.

The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills, and competencies in an effective, appealing, and engaging manner.


Responsibilities include

  • Consulting with the learning team to recommend learning solutions
  • Design and create engaging learning content that enhances knowledge retention and transfer
  • Understanding end goals and create content that matches them
  • Create exercises and activities that enhance the learning experience
  • Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)
  • Understand the criteria used to evaluate learner's performance and design assessments
  • Maintain version control, categorisation and accessibility of all learning content

Skills

  • Proven learning design experience and skill
  • Confident and adept at using varied technologies
  • Ability to consult on learning modalities that support learning design
  • Basic HTML and Flash programming knowledge
  • Proficient user of learning content creation tools e.g., Articulate 360, Storyline, GOMO
  • Experienced user of Learning Management Systems
  • Video production and editing skills would be advantageous
  • Problem solving skills
  • Project management skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Creativity and adaptability
  • Prioritisation skills
