Our client, based in Brighton, is a leading national business advisory firm.

They are looking to hire an Office Coordinator/Receptionist for their Brighton office.

This role encompasses secretarial work, reception duties, audio typing of letters, general correspondence, reports as well as assisting with marketing events and generaladministrative duties.


Responsibilities
Reception

  • Answer the switchboard, transferring and taking messages.
  • Greeting visitors; making refreshments for visitors.
Secretarial

  • Audio typing, formatting and proof reading of standard documents (eg letters, reports, packs, schedules)
  • Making appointments as and when required
  • Maintaining files as and when required
  • Using Outlook to centralise and coordinate diaries
  • Internal billing
  • Time sheet management
  • Expenses
  • Adding E signatures to documents
  • Sending post by Postworks
  • Uploads to Companies House
  • Event management
  • Update/chase indemnity insurance log
General Administrative

  • Office management
  • Maintenance call outs
  • Stationery ordering/stock control
  • Incoming/outgoing mail
  • Franking machine
  • Photocopying
  • Filing and archiving
  • Data input

Location:
Central Brighton


Salary:
£22,000 - £24,000 per annum


Full Time:
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
