Description

To be responsible for an identified geographical area of operation within the operating Region, with construction management responsibility for the defined area, with strategic direction from the Construction Director.

To manage the relevant Construction Team to provide a quality product efficiently, safely and professionally; ensuring construction of a quality product, safely, within agreed budgets and timescales, working closely with the Sales department to ensure customer satisfaction.

In collaboration with the Construction Director, ensure the construction department adheres to the company's policies on Health and Safety, ensuring requirements of Health and Safety legislation are met and safe working practices are actively encouraged.

To oversee, monitor and quality check every stage of the build.
Project Planning, Build Programme,Build Quality,Build Costs, Staffing,Health & Safety,Waste Management,Customer Service, Staff Effectiveness
Building & Management Qualifications relevant to the role (desirable).
Proven track record delivering high value energy projects on time and to budget.
Substantial Contract negotiation / delivery experience.
Excellent planning skills.
Commercial awareness.
