CRM Personalisation Automation Manager
Up to £80K + bonus
The is an opportunity to work with one of the worlds leading sports brands to help them transition to a customer & insight led, personalised marketing campaign approach.
I'm looking for a CRM specialist that can demonstrate they have taken a business through a personalisation strategy transformation. In this role you will be leading the migration from a
traditional campaign by campaign approach to a customer first, insight led journey-based approach; all underpinned by marketing technology.
As well as having a deep understanding of Marketing Technology, you will be adept in being able to influence senior stakeholders to adopt the new personalised, customer & insight led approach.
You'll be expected to manage the existing MarTech stack and oversee any vendor selection processes for, & implementation of, new technology, such as an Omni-Channel Marketing tool. You will oversee critical integrations and data flows between the Data Warehouse and downstream Martech platforms, with the support from internal technical stakeholders and 3rd parties.
Managing a team of 4 Campaign Delivery specialists, you will be be a key figure in developing the approach to decisioning and next best actions, working alongside internal data and insight teams.
