Are you a Senior HR Advisor looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Do you have experience of working in the non-profit sector?

This medical organisation is a professional, scientific and examining body, working for the benefit of the public across the UK.

Their HQ is in the heart of London, where the Senior HR Advisor will be able to work on a hybrid basis.

The purpose of this important Senior HR Advisor job paying £39,710 - £41,000 pro rata, will be to provide pro-active day to day HR advice to the heads of departments and managers.

The Senior HR Advisor will also play a key role on HR projects over the courseof the 7-month fixed term contract.

The main responsibilities of this 7-month FTC Senior HR Advisor role include:

Providing day to day advice and on all people matters.
Developing and proposing people related policies which need developing and updating.
Producing policy designs /updates which consider the organisations EDI and Hybrid working model.
Developing and delivering bite sized training classes for managers around key HR related topics.
Providing advice and coaching to the HR Officer to enable them to take the lead on providing advice and guidance to managers in the future.
Providing advice and guidance on complex recruitment issues and assisting managers with interview testing and question design and interviewing as needed.

The Senior HR Advisor will need to be CIPD level 5 qualified or above and have worked in the UK at a HR Advisor level.

The post holder will have a good working knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS code of practice.

The Senior HR Advisor will have theability to work accurately at pace, prioritise and work to deadlines along with building and sustaining good relationships.

Finally, a proven ability to communicate and deliver presentations and training to small groups.
