    Right now were looking for anincredible Operational Excellence Coach to join Airain Scotland.Youll be joining as part of abrand new team so be prepared to rollup sleeves and get stuck in building a saletoaftercare serviceoperation from the ground up

    Whatyoull be doing as Operational Excellence Coach atAira

    • Deliveringregional improvement projects and developing bestpractices
    • Implementing best practices fromother regions and markets
    • Supporting the Headof Region with preparation and coordination during Aira OperatingModel (AOM) Audits.
    • Developing a deepknowledge of the AOM.
    • Delivering continuousimprovements and regional progression through the AOM.
    • Supporting and working closely with TeamLeaders to analyse performance of teams and individuals.
    • Taking overall responsibility for all aspectsof regional improvement of performance within service operations.
    • Providing status reports for CentralOperational Excellence inStockholm.

    What wewould like you to have as Operational Excellence Coach atAira.

    Heat Pump& product training can be provided as will all training onthe AOM. However there are some things youll need to have to beconsidered for thisrole.

    • Provenexperience as an Operational Excellence Coach or consultantpreferably within the energy sector construction oil & gasor heating industry.
    • Handson experience inimplementing process improvement initiatives and achieving tangibleresults.
    • Strong change management skills tofacilitate organisational transformation and manage resistance tochange.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders andeffectively convey concepts to different levels of theorganisation.
    • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills to identify root causes of issues and developdatadriven solutions.
    • The ability to adapt todifferent organisational cultures and contexts iscrucial.

    The following would be greatto have for this role:

    • Certificationin Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt Black Belt or Master BlackBelt)
    • Professional experience with 5S Kaizen orTQM.
