We are currently looking for a locum for a period of 6 months.

This is an opportunity to join the well-established, progressive department of ENT at HHFT.

The successful applicant will join a highly motivated, dynamic team, responsible for the management and treatment of ENT patients with the emphasis on multidisciplinary care.


The successful applicants will be expected to:

  • Deliver quality ENT services in the most effective way regularly benchmarking service to improve practice
  • Support the organisational aim of Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation, making a positive contribution to the management and financial strategies
  • Enhance and provide professional leadership within the ENT department
  • Work to strengthen links with GP's and neighbouring Trusts
  • Continue to enhance and develop the elective ENT service
  • Provide teaching and training to trainee doctors and surgeons
  • Help meet hospital targets in particular RTT
  • Initiate and take part in regular clinical audit
  • Have an active role in research
