- Operating company vehicles to transport equipment, tools, and materials to different sites within Hammersmith & Fulham.
- Conducting routine grounds maintenance tasks such as grass cutting, hedge trimming, and flowerbed maintenance.
- Assisting with planting and landscaping projects as directed by supervisors.
- Performing litter picking and waste removal to keep outdoor spaces clean and tidy.
- Inspecting and reporting any maintenance issues or hazards to the appropriate supervisor.
- Ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard and in line with client specifications.
- Valid UK driver's licence
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance
- Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment such as ride-on mowers, strimmers, and leaf blowers.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to grounds maintenance activities.
