Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager looking for a new challenge? Join our team at The Royal Victoria Infirmary Newcastle as a PM you will lead the delivery of projects across the account.

You will work closely with our Account Director to manage budgets, set account plans, and drive commercial leadership.

As a Project Manager you will have the opportunity to work on projects with a value between £5m to £10m, including refurbishment works and mechanical/electrical facility upgrades.

With your strong leadership skills and qualifications in PM, Construction Management, and Safety Management, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets within the healthcare sector.

We are seeking an individual who can work autonomously, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and effectively manage budgets and account plans.

Required qualifications include a relevant degree in fields like Real Estate, Healthcare, Project Management Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, as well as Safety Management certifications.

The ideal candidate should experience as a Key Projects Account Manager in Healthcare FM industry.

This person will also need strong team management skills as they will have a number of people reporting into them.
