    The Middleweight Designer at Dext is a key player in shaping our brand's visual identity and driving marketing success. This role is dedicated to creating visually stunning and impactful designs that captivate our target audience and elevate our brand's market presence. Working under the guidance of the Senior Designer, the purpose is to help lead the charge in delivering design solutions that resonate with our customers and contribute to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.

    The role - what you'll do:

    Compelling Creative

    • Craft visually striking designs for marketing campaigns, social media, and other promotional materials.
    • Develop eye-catching visuals that effectively communicate our brand message and value propositions.
    • Create digital design and content for performance marketing and our website

    Brand Enhancement

    • Contribute to the continuous development and enhancement of our brand's visual identity.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral to strengthen brand recognition.

    Campaign Collaboration

    • Collaborate with marketing teams to bring creative campaign concepts to life through engaging and conversion-focused design.
    • Work closely with content creators to integrate visuals seamlessly into marketing strategies.
