    Global Banking Global Markets AML Onboarding is responsible for onboarding of new clients to ensure that Bank of America meets both the regulatory and internal AML/KYC requirements.

    The team is responsible for reviewing and approving account opening documentation globally.

    The team has a vacancy in the Business Enablement team for an individual who has experience in dealing with change for a complex operations function.

    The role includes supporting the team to manage and execute procedure, process and technology change and represent Global Banking Global Markets AML Onboarding in OpEx, Transformation and other change activities.

    You will understand the processes of and advocate for the AML Onboarding organization
    You will provide executive summaries on project statuses to senior leadership
    You will have experience of complex operational processes, which may be within the banking/AML/KYC space.
    You will be motivated to become an SME in the AML Onboarding process.
    You will be flexible with the ability to work independently.
