About the team:

The Project Management & Transformation Team is part of the Group's Change Delivery department.

It compromises of approximately 30 Project Management professionals, who work together with Programme Managers & stakeholders within a dynamic environment, todeliver the Bank's prioritised Change Portfolio.


We are now looking for a Tier 2 Project Manager, looking for their next step up, to join our growing team.


What you will be doing:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for quality delivery of the allocated change projects within the Bank.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Providing management support and evaluation against work stream delivery and performance
  • Working with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure stages of the project delivery are understood, accepted and approved within the agreed timelines
  • Ensuring effective data analysis and reviews are carried out to support the business case
  • Leading and facilitating system, process improvement and project requirements workshops and resolve complex scoping issues and stakeholder conflicts
  • Engaging with key stakeholders to influence the change solutions to meet business goals, scope and strategy requirements.

In return for your commitment:

We offer a base salary dependent on experience from £45,000 and a competitive benefits package.

  • Previous experience in a Project Management role managing high profile/critical projects using agile methodologies is preferred
  • Experience of working and managing projects in a large and complex change function is preferred
