    As the Network Campaign Manager, you will lead the build and execution of marketing plans for the Coversure Network resulting in the recruitment of new Franchisees and central campaigns which support network members to grow organically through cross sell and through new business acquisition.

    This will be achieved by working collaboratively with the Coversure Franchise Development Team as well as other stakeholders across the group to build compelling propositions for specific prospect and customer communities, communicating either the Coversure Franchise proposition to prospective Franchisees or the customer focused Coversure proposition to target clients (new and existing) to generate revenue opportunities for the business.

    You will be based from your home but will be required to visit Franchises offices based around the UK and also attend meetings at our London and Huntingdon offices on a monthly basis.

    Some key objectives & responsibilities will include:

    • Work with the Head of Franchise Development for Coversure along with other senior leaders to build and execute the overall marketing strategy
    • Ensure the delivery of planned marketing activity to meet core KPIs
    • Ensure management of and continual engagement with internal and external stakeholders
    • Lead on key marketing and operational projects to support the delivery of the marketing strategy and ensure the operational excellence of the team
    • Oversee marketing operations and ownership of core marketing technology for the Coversure business
    • Use your analytical skills to regularly review and understand the impact of marketing activities to build on successes and learn from failures
    • Engage with Franchise Development and Jensten TA Team to refine proposition as appropriate between each campaign
    • Develop a good understanding of the Coversure Network proposition and its core competitors
    • Operate as part of the overall Coversure Development and Ops team to support the wider strategic objectives of the Coversure Network

    About you

    As our Network Campaign Manager, you will need to be a creative thinker, have the ability to build good working relationships both internally and externally, to disseminate complex detail into simple and straightforward communications and the capability to multi task.

    We are looking to attract somebody with proven experience of managing B2C/B2B campaigns within the insurance space (other sectors will be considered) and the ability to understand the proposition, products and services being offered.

    You'll also be or have:

    • A strong marketing background and experience is essential, with insurance industry knowledge being beneficial.
    • Excellent communication skills are essential, able to communicate with senior stakeholders
    • Be extremely organised with a strong attention to detail and inquisitive about your stakeholders business area and goals, especially regarding strategic planning
    • Have experience of creating and delivering marketing campaigns, website development, managing online presence and creating content relevant for the client base
    • Strong IT skills with experience of GA4, SEO, PPC and social media platforms
    • Experience of creating content company website, social media, email campaigns and events
    • The ability to plan and organise events
    • Degree level educated and a Marketing qualification
