Interim Human Resources Advisor (Recruitment) - Gloucester / Hybrid - £37-42,500 FTE

Working as part of a large, modern and experienced people management function, this will be a broad and fast paced assignment that will call for an experienced HR professional.

This assignment will focus on recruitment and onboarding.

Key responsibilitiesto include:

Assume a professional lead in business wide recruitment initiatives, ensuring a highly effective and efficient service delivery
Work closely with people management colleagues, business partners and department managers across the organisation
Design and implement high quality recruitment initiatives and solutions to improve the function performance
Lead projects and complex cases, taking ownership as appropriate
Proactively mentor and develop junior HR colleagues
Provide high quality advice in HR best practice and employment law
Analysis and interpretation of HRM information
Support senior management team with formal HR procedures and processes
