    IT Operations Analyst - FinTech - £50K
    Our client is a fast-growing FinTech start up.

    Based in central London, offering flexible / hybrid working, they're building cutting-edge solutions for investment management, trading and savings.

    You'll have the opportunity to lead the service desk, event , incident and problem management processes and define best practices between customer support, SRE and development teams.

    You'll ensure the smooth delivery of software and manage processes and workflows within JIRA and OpsGenie.
    Experience of IT and Tech Operations – Service Desk, Event, Incident and Problem Management
    Good knowledge of ITIL service management
    Great background in Tech and IT – To work well with SREs and Developers
