The Opportunity:

We are searching for a hungry, inspiring, senior designer to join our growing Europe design team.

A team of unstoppable, wildly talented, and diverse designers (we like to call them unicorns) that deliver award-winning branding and design solutions for some of the worlds most loved local and international brands.

Based in London, you would be a key part of the European design team. A true brand champion, you will inspire your internal team and brand partners by challenging the brief and yourself in order to elevate our brands to reach their highest creative potential

Responsibilities

Can take ownership of, and deliver, key creative projects & initiatives for our brands.
Able to quickly identify great ideas and direct them through to beautifully crafted solutions.
Excellent communication skills. You are Equally comfortable engaging internal clients and mentoring younger team members
Someone hungry and inspiring with a natural desire to progress the business and people around you
Technically solid, able to illuminate ideas and visualize design stories across a variety of touchpoints
The process from brief to concept to design to production doesn't hold any surprises for you.
