Description

Experience in installing, upgrading, configuring, or supporting Informatica components MFT along with troubleshooting, patching, version upgrade testing.
Strong Knowledge in MFT/B2B upgrade installation, troubleshooting major issues during unplanned outage.

Troubleshoot issues related to databases, job failures, software bugs and performance bottlenecks to all incidents working with multiple cross functional teams like DBA, Unix Server Administrator, Informatica Global Support, and work on problems and drive them to resolutions.

Strong ability to troubleshoot performance and configuration related issues including connectivity issues due to firewalls, load balancers etc.
Configure environment variables & database client software for integration and repository services.
Familiar with standard code management practices and tools, code deployment/Migration.
Project Technical tools / On boarding Artifacts upgrade and maintenance.
