    Description

    Venesky-Brown's client, a public sector organisation in Dalkeith, is currently looking to recruit a Helpdesk Administrator for an initial 2 month contract with potential to extend on a rate of £13.52/hour PAYE working 8am-4pm on Monday-Friday.

    Record all conversations in our CRM system in a comprehensive way.

    • Frequently attend ingoing training and briefs to improve knowledge and performance levels.
    • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    • Flexible working approach and ability to work on own as well as part of a team.
