Our client have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and passionate 2nd Line / IT Supervisor / IT Team Lead to join their team on a permanent basis

Responsibilities:

Overseeing operation of the IT Service Desk for store and office users daily.
Collaborating with experienced support analysts for efficient functioning.
Monitoring call queues continuously and upholding SLA adherence.
Managing escalations and distributing workloads among the team.
Conducting trend analysis for insights into service improvements.
Foster team growth and development.
Setting up business hardware as required.
Collaborating with development and systems teams to attain timely solutions.
Ensuring fixes align with SLA guidelines.
