Talentedge are currently partnering with a leading Retail Business to find a dynamic individual to head their FP&A function in Central London.

As the Head of FP&A, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial planning and analysis function within the Retail Business.

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will lead a team of qualified finance professionals and work closely with senior stakeholders to provide strategic insights and support business decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Develop and implement robust financial models and tools to facilitate accurate and insightful reporting.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CFO that support business growth and profitability.
Partner with senior management to drive financial performance and optimize operational efficiency.
Oversee the development of financial forecasts, including revenue projections, expense budgets, and capital expenditure plans.
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with significant years PQE
Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the retail/consumer industry.
Extensive experience in financial modelling
Leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing highperforming teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
