    This is a part time position
    • Three days per week, 20 hours per week (with some evening and weekend work).

About YouWe are seeking a proactive and results-driven Charter Sales Coordinator.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for closing and coordinating sales bookings, generating new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

    This role will include occasional evening/weekend work - any hours worked will be owed in lieu.

    Identify, qualify and process potential clients interested in private charters through research, networking, and outreach efforts, as well as at occasional Events and Shows.

    Requirements & QualificationsDemonstrated success in sales, preferably in the event industry.
    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and build long-term relationships with clients.
    Proven ability to negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
    Experienced user of traditional office software and experience using CRM systems.
