NFER is currently implementing a digital transformation programme and we are now looking for a technical trainer to design and deliver a range of learning initiatives to launch and embed our new systems and processes.
The primary focus is implementing Clarizen (Planview AdaptiveWork) project portfolio management software and processes, including the use of SharePoint and Teams within MS365.
You will use your experience of making technical material interesting and engaging and be able to deliver training via workshops, videos, and eLearning as well as creating guidance and manuals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Learn and understand the Clarizen platform and MS365 (SharePoint and Teams), and how they work together as they relate to NFER.
- Facilitate engaging learning opportunities with are clear, concise, and audience appropriate, optimising efficiency by ensuring interventions are modular and repeatable where possible.
- Create new training materials and resources for delivery in a range of mediums, including guides, workshops (facetoface, virtual, hybrid), videos, eLearning, dropin sessions and 1:1s.
- Work with the Change Manager to plan and prioritise the overall training plan, content and delivery to maximise effectiveness, uptake and successful implementation.
- Manage and monitor the administration of training events including invitations, attendance lists and feedback forms.
- Carry out evaluation and analysis to demonstrate return on investment; making improvements as and when necessary; ensuring learning interventions are of a high standard, timely, relevant and provide value for money.
- Keep up to date records of training activity, inputting course attendance in to the central NFER data management system.
