Our Special Care/Paediatric Dental Service is looking for a motivated Band B Senior Dental Officer to join its friendly and innovative team in the new Forest of Dean Community Hospital in Cinderford.

Our award winning, dynamic dental team prides itself on providing outstanding specialised clinical care for children, young people and adults with additional needs, and seeks an enthusiastic and flexible team player to join them on a part-time basis for three days a week.
Working in newly-refurbished and fully-equipped, multi-surgery clinics, you will be supported by the Specialist in Special Care Dentistry and other senior clinicians.
As a senior member of the Dental Leadership Team you will be actively involved in the development of the strategic vision of the service, as well as providing operational and line management to support the team.
The post holder will be expected to provide comprehensive clinical care to adult and paediatric patients who meet the criteria to access special care dentistry.
The post holder must be able to participate in the provision of care under general anaesthesia and care in domiciliary settings as part of the senior clinical team.
