    Are you an experienced Insurance Account Handler looking for your next career opportunity? Or an Insurance Account Manager searching for a fresh and exciting environment?

    We are looking for someone who has a keen attention to detail, who is confident and personable on the phone and ideally someone with a minimum of Personal Lines Insurance Experience.

    • Full time - Permanent
    • Monday to Friday
    • £23k - £27k DOE
    • Hybrid working opportunity

    Responsibilities:

    • Support Commercial Account Exec & Account Manager in respect of the monthly renewal process.
    • Review and advise upon customers general and business insurance requirements.
    • Help Commercial Account Exec & Account Manager to prospect new business opportunities but following up quotations following renewal reviews to ensure three touch points carried out.
    • Acquire and maintain knowledge of our clients General Insurance products, as applicable to product licences.
    • Act as Life Introducer to obtain appointments for Life Qualifier and meet Agency target.
    • Develop and sustain effective working relationships with customers, all members of Agency staff.
    • Implement customer money collection and processing procedures to maintain Agency credit control.
    • Maintain record keeping requirements for your role.
    • Monitor and arrange meetings in Commercial Account Exec & Account Manager's diary as necessary.
    • Produce correspondence to required timeframes and quality standards.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by Commercial Account Exec & Account Manager

    What we require from you:

    • Personal Lines Insurance Experience preferred
    • Be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbal. This may include writing to customers such as post call letters.
    • Be able to problem solve, use own initiative and judgement.
    • Demonstrate attributes of honesty, integrity, due skill, care, and diligence.
    • Possess good IT skills to use Word documents and specific Mutual systems for example, iFaces, iAchieve and TRACE.
    • Customer service skills.
    • Have basic knowledge of insurance.
