The group currently operate a remit of care homes designed to provide high quality care for elderly

Develop and lead management systems, involving planning and monitoring the delivery of all operational projects and programmes, integrating responsive actions and identifying necessary changes and decisions.

Lead on commercial, culture and people leadership activities
Currently working as a Commercial Manager / Director within a social care provider, evidencing your ability to work within a business that operate a portfolio of care services
The successful candidate will be someone who can drive performance and continually striving for excellence.

You will have a good commercial understanding of the business and will be able to support the quality team with the operational day to day workings, as well as identify growth areas that can propel the business to be even more successful than it already is.

My client is seeking a Commercial Director with exposure to care services, where the successful candidate is able to drive performance of a remit of care homes that support elderly & vulnerable people.

In exchange, my client is offering a salary of £80,000 – 100,000 per annum + Bonus & Benefits.
