ROLE PURPOSE:
Support and coordinate all talent acquisition activities for Impax globally.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide specialist recruitment support to managers for all UK, HK & IE hiring across teams for permanent, temporary staff, work experience and interns and ensure all recruitment initiatives are planned and executed to the required standard.
  • Ensure the firm's recruitment, selection and hiring processes are effective, progressive, and tracked balancing use of third parties and direct sourcing and actively enabling the attraction of suitable talent and future pipelining.
  • Set standards and ground rules for working with external recruitment partners that address management of costs and incentivise them to work and advocate for Impax to meet our hiring goals.
  • Partner with the global HR team on Impax's early careers programmes graduates, internships, work experience to provide talent pipeline opportunities for the firm and raise the profile of Impax as an employer.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE:

  • Successful track record in recruitment and selection within a similar regulated business.
  • Sound understanding of employment practices including EDI elements in hiring.
  • Strong business awareness, able to translate needs into coherent and sensible action plans and deliverables.
  • Analytical, able to absorb information quickly, join the dots and see the bigger picture.
  • Excellent planning and execution and ability to work at pace.
  • Confident communicator and influencer, has gravitas, able to challenge constructively and hold a position, flexible and adaptable with different styles and stakeholders.
  • Good listener, high empathy and integrity, inspires trust, credible confidant.
  • Keeps abreast of new developments in HR, wellread, curious, is ambitious for the role HR can play in adding value to a business.
