    AV Engineer / Project Manager (Project Management Training)

    £40,000 - £50,000 + Technical Training + Career Progression + Performance Bonus

    Office Based, Commutable from Poole, Bournemouth, Southampton, Blandford Forum, Fordingbridge, New Milton, Bournemouth, Swanage, Wareham and Surrounding Areas

    Are you an Audio-Visual Engineer or Project Manager within the AV Industry looking to develop your skillset and take the next step in your career in a highly autonomous role, working cradle to grave on Projects where you will work with state-of-the-art Technology and be fully supported in your technical development with exciting progression opportunities available as you play a pivotal part in the growth and expansion an exciting, progressive company?

    On offer is an exciting opportunity for an Audio-Visual Engineer to step into a management position where you will have the chance to showcase your technical expertise as the go-to Engineer within the business and further develop your career within the company.

    The global, market-leading company specialise in the supply of high-quality technologies to a range of blue-chip clients. Due to recent growth and exciting future prospects, they are looking to bring in a motivated and ambitious Project Manager to share the company's vision and help deliver on exciting upcoming Projects. On offer is the opportunity for a Audio Visual Engineer looking to get into Project Management and progress their career within the business. You will be responsible for the planning and production of high-quality Live Events within the AV industry globally. This exciting role would suit a highly ambitious Engineer or Project Manager looking to progress their career and showcase existing expertise by taking the technical lead and delivering high-quality Projects and excellent customer service to facilitate the continued expansion of the company.

    The Role:

    1. Liaising with clients and providing excellent customer service.
    2. Planning jobs from beginning to end and overseeing the implementation and assisting with the installation of equipment.
    3. Travelling globally to oversee project implementation and completion.

    The Candidate:

    • Full UK Driving License
    • Aspiring Project Manager
    • Knowledge of AV Industry
