- Articulate business requirements provided by different risk teams and collaborate with key stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and delivery timelines.
- Serve as the internal owner of the development life cycle, managing system and functional specifications, project planning, tracking, development, testing, and implementation.
- Keep key stakeholders well-informed throughout the project duration and act as the primary communication link with the business.
- Manage project risks, ensuring prompt escalation when necessary, and oversee the internal administration of the project, including organizing meetings and handling inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Risk IT development team and third-party vendors to ensure adherence to timelines, deliverables, and specifications.
- Proactively manage internal resources in coordination with key business areas to ensure on-time delivery of project deliverables.
- Take ownership of system data requirements, identifying opportunities for data sharing within the organization to enhance efficiency.
- Facilitate adequate training for all users according to their roles within the organization.
- Write comprehensive business requirements and conduct first-line testing.
- Proven experience in business analysis and project management, including planning, execution, and closure.
- Degree educated or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in process flow, business processes, and requirements capture.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, coupled with outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Projects.
- Working understanding of financial products traded on and off the exchange.
- Familiarity with Risk Management practices in one or more of the Risk functions, along with experience in Risk Management systems.
- Ability to work efficiently within tight timelines without compromising on superior results.
- Good understanding of processes, controls, and responsibilities associated with Financial Markets businesses.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
