    PMO

    Work Location:
    Wotton & Manchester Work Mode - HybridJob Description Mandatory Requirement.
    Individuals to have 4 hours overlap the first half of the day in the UK timezone.
    Candidates should have experience in Managing Oracle Cloud Deployments from the
    PMO side.
    Comes from ERP consulting with excellent project management background preferably from Oracle ERP space.

    Has proven experience handling cross-functional teams spread across the globe & driven multi-pillar projects including Finance, HCM, Planning, SCM, Logistics, etc.,Should have proven experience in driving customer interaction sessions from discovery right upto the go-live & hypercare.


    Key points :
    Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for Oracle-related projects.
    Execute projects according to established plans, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
    Identify project stakeholders and establish communication channelsAllocate resources effectively, including project team members, consultants, and external vendors.
    Coordinate with resource managers to ensure availability and allocation of resources as needed.
    Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
    Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize impact on project delivery.
    Define project quality standards and ensure adherence to quality processes and methodologies.
    Manage changes to project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
    Assess the impact of changes on project timelines, budgets, and resources, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
    Manage relationships with Oracle and third-party vendors.
    Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and deliverable artifacts.
    Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to project stakeholders.
    Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, motivating team members to achieve project objectives.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing client concerns or issues promptly.
    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations.
    Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the project management framework.
    Implement best practices, lessons learned, and feedback mechanisms to enhance project delivery effectiveness.
