A highly regarded boutique Investment Management Company

The Role

The Head of Operations will have oversight of a small Investment Operations team, managing the data entry and maintenance of the firm's Investment Management system, liaising with Platform Service Providers, and Operational system providers.

The Head ofOperations will suggest process improvements to increase efficiencies and implement projects.

The Head of Operations must have team management / leadership experience, within Investment Management Operations.

The Head of Operations will be responsible for ensuring the input and maintenance of data into systems to include, custodian data, client data, securities data, transactions, pricing feeds, currency data, benchmark data and static data.

The Head of Operations will ensure reconciliation between company records and various Platform Service Providers (Custodians)

The Head of Operations will manage relationships with Custodians and will work on increasing process efficiencies and system functionality which will include the Client Relationship Management system.

The Head of Operations will have oversight of trade reconciliation and will be responsible for the production of client reporting and Management Information.

5 years + in Investment Management Operations role - within management level experience.

Experience of people management - essential

Broad Investment Management / Asset Management Operations background.

Goal orientated and an Excellent team player.
