Salary up to £24,552 per annum

(depending on qualifications and experience)

37.5 hours per week plus being part of the out of hours on-call rota

Reporting to the Facilities & Operations Manager you will be responsible for receiving, prioritising and responding to all preventative and reactive maintenance issues relating to both clinical and non-clinical services to the Hospice and the LOROS estate.

Excellent communication skills both oral and written are essential, as is a good understanding of health and safety work practices.

This role is demanding and requires someone with good organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
