    Hours: 40 Hours Per Week (Full Time)
    07 per hour

    We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic personal to join our Multi-Disciplinary team to deliver a person-centred therapy service to adults with acquired brain injury and cerebrovascular accident.

    We are seeking a dynamic Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our developing team of Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychology and Nurses at All Hallows, Suffolk.

    All Hallows is part of the Oakleaf Group, a leading provider of specialist brain injury inpatient rehabilitation services.

    Ideally, you will have a background or experience of delivering or support activities (such as sports, crafts or domestic tasks).

    Computer literate with good written and oral communication skillsResponsibilities:

    Planning, carrying out and evaluation of therapy programmes, running sessions and the allocation/organisation of staff to ensure the successful implementation of the day to day programme.

    Liaise with nursing staff/unit management to highlight any possible therapy needs and ensure this information is relayed to the unit therapy team and the unit Manager.

    Responsible for involvement within therapeutic personal morning hygiene routines working towards maximising functional independence.

    All Hallows Specialist Neurological Rehabilitation Centre supports men and women with complex healthcare needs having experienced a brain injury, stroke or other neurological event.

    Active / Complex Rehabilitation, High Dependency & Specialist Nursing Care, Progressive Neurological Conditions and Community Rehabilitation.
