Technical Compliance Administrator

Job Overview
of our existing team reporting to the Head of Technical Compliance (Environmental

Main Activities/Tasks:


  • Input of data collected from the cleanrooms onto the departmental database.
  • Input of data for trending purposes
  • Issuing of SOP training appendices and coordination of SOP files
  • Preparation and issuing of 'working copy' paperwork.
  • Coordination of meeting room booking calendar
  • General administrative tasks
  • Any other task deemed necessary by management.

Essential Criteria:

  • Educated to GCSE level with a minimum of Grade C or equivalent in English and
Maths

  • Experience working with Microsoft software packages, in particular Microsoft Access
  • 1 years' experience in a similar role within a GMP environment.
  • Highly motivated, able to work on own initiative as well as part of a busy team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills.

Desirable Criteria:

Due to the nature of the role preference will be given to applicants demonstrating the


following desirable criteria:

  • Working experience of control and issuing of 'Working copy' paperwork
  • NVQ in Business and Administration
  • A-Level ICT or equivalent
  • A-Level English or equivalent

Duration:
Full time, fixed term for a period of approximately six months, with the possibility
of further short-term extension


Location:
Newry

  • This role will be based in a site that produces and handles penicillin, and as such,
this role would not be suitable for those that have a penicillin allergy.
